Weekly Rocket City Belles and Bicycle Cove Mama Llama Progressive Rides – No Rider Left Behind – Ladies Only @ Varies each week
Apr 30 @ 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

This year, the Belles are doing their own version of the SCCC Ride-a-Metric series! We’ll start out riding just a few miles on greenways, and will progress to being able to do the 35 mile ride at the All You Can Eat Century (or a similar ride) by the end of the season. Locations will vary weekly, so check the RCCB Facebook page for the weekly event invite with details!

This is a No Rider Left Behind (NRLB) women-only ride. Average speed will increase as the group progresses throughout the season, but will not exceed 15 mph pace. You will need a helmet and bike lights for these rides. Any bike will do for the first month of rides, so come with what you have!

**Update** Great news, all! As the season progresses and we move onto the road where a geared road bike will be required/strongly recommended,Bicycle Cove will be sponsoring us with road bikes to loan out!! They will be present at most of our rides, and will do some flat tire fix clinics, etc. for us throughout the season. We are SO happy to have them onboard!
