We may do 17-18 on the flats, but we try to limit the flats! 📷📷:) And, again, we won’t leave anyone behind. This is a group pain exercise. We suffer together and we all get better!

Lobsterfest 5k @ St. Thomas

Lobsterfest at St. Thomas is celebrating 25 years of community outreach, and we are kicking off the festivities with the Lobsterfest 5k Run/Walk on Saturday, November 3!  All proceeds from the 5k and all events related to Lobsterfest benefit our local First Stop, Inc. and Habitat for Humanity, as well as Sloan Clinic in Honduras. The 5k starts at St. Thomas Episcopal Church and runs along the beautiful Aldridge Creek Greenway.  Join in the fun to support a worthy cause, and join us the following Saturday at St. Thomas for Lobsterfest 25, featuring live Maine lobsters, a variety of BBQ dishes, live music, kids’ games and inflatables, local artisans, a delicious bake sale, and MORE!
