Oak Park History Hike
(2.5 hours / Difficult due to slippery, rocky surfaces / 3 miles)
Join Historian David Young on an exploration of the Oak Park Trail system – a joint effort between Oak Park neighborhood volunteers and the Land Trust. The route will follow the Dallas Branch drainage basin, which includes a walk past flood control features and leads up to the waterfall at Raven Point. The end of the hike will follow Bankhead Trail, a trail rich with shallow sea fossils.
